Writing a research proposal is an important element of doctoral study, whether that is the PG1 form or developing a research project further down the line. It is important to understand the essential elements that make up a proposal and what is expected.
This introductory session will cover the basics of writing a research proposal and will use the PG1 form as an example. This session will cover:
- The importance of a well written proposal
- What is expected of a research proposal
- essential elements to include
- Opportunity to look over the PG1 form
- Chance to ask any questions
