Bydd y cyflwyniad hwn yn ystyried y rhesymau posibl dros y cwymp bach, dros dro hwn mewn hwyliau, egni a chymhelliant sy\u2019n gallu digwydd yn ystod misoedd y gaeaf. Yn aml, mae\u2019n digwydd ar \u00f4l cyfnod y Nadolig neu pan fyddwn yn dychwelyd i\u2019r gwaith ac\/neu i astudio.
